
Best Brownies You Will Ever Eat
I've been eating Ghirardelli boxed brownies my whole life and honestly thought nothing could be better. However, I wanted to use our whole grains and wanted to experiment.
The result was the best brownie imaginable. It's definitely not as sweet as a box brownie which I really like.
Ingredients
1.75 cups of fresh milled soft white wheat flour
1 cup butter melted (2 sticks)
3 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of brown sugar
1 tsp of salt
3 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup of cocoa powder
Instructions
Melt butter

Pro Tip: Melt your butter in the pan you plan on baking it in.
Mill Flour

In a stand mixer whip eggs, sugar, brown sugar for several minutes
Now add coca powder, salt, vanilla.
Then add melted butter and flour.
Remember you don't want to overmix and work the gluten.
Pour into baking pan
Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
I like my brownies thick and fudgy. If you like thin brownies just use a larger pan. If you like crispy brownies just leave them in longer.
