- You will receive a sourdough starter and learn how to feed it and bake with it.
- Learn about fresh milled grains and bake together using them.
Rhonda Smith, award winning author of the amazing “A Walk with God” Bible study, will be our resident baker and lead instructor for the class! She nourishes the heart and soul!
A perfect intro for the beginner sourdough baker, this class will equip you with the skills to bake wholesome, flavorful sourdough loaves that will impress your friends and family. We will also explore other recipes and uses for your sourdough starter to help you expand your sourdough repertoire. You will leave with a weight lifted on how to effortlessly integrate the power of sourdough and most importantly fresh milled grains into your daily life.
Also included:
- A wide-mouth jar for storing your sourdough starter
- A glass bowl with lid for mixing and proofing your dough
- A chic wooden spoon for mixing and stirring
- A set of easy-to-follow recipes to ensure continued success in your sourdough journey
- A supply of freshly milled hard white flour, so you can experiment with different textures and flavors in your own kitchen
